PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent non-smooth expanding/contracting operation when a flat circuit body is drawn in/out, caused by a difference of a bending radius between spring members and friction resistance between the spring member and the flat circuit body. SOLUTION: In the power supply device 1, a shaft part 3 is erected on a base plate part 2 of a case 11, the flat circuit body 4 having a base end 5 fixed to the shaft part 3 is wound within the case 11. A small shaft part 18 is arranged on a base end side of the plate-shaped spring member 7, and a slide support part 10 with which the small shaft part 18 is slidably engaged is provided in the base plate part 2. The spring member 7 is arranged along a bending inner face of the flat circuit body 4. A movable member 9 including the small shaft part 18 is fitted to the base end 8 of the spring member 7, and is arranged along the bending inner face of the flat circuit body 4. The slide support part 10 is obliquely formed in an approximately intermediate direction between the radial direction and circumferential direction of the flat circuit body 4.
