<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating substrate for a solar cell in which a regular shape of protrusions and recesses is formed with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: An insulating substrate for a solar cell has a base material sheet steel selected from a ferritic stainless sheet steel, or a plated sheet steel having a common steel as a plating original sheet, and an insulation coating film formed on the surface of the base material sheet steel and containing 85 mass% or more of polyether sulfone resin. On the surface of the insulation coating film, multiple protrusions with substantially same shape are formed regularly. The outside diameter of the bottom face of the protrusion is 0.05-2.0μm. The ratio of the height of the protrusion to the outside diameter of the bottom face of the protrusion is 0.1-1.5. The ratio of the distance between the centers of the protrusions to the outside diameter of the bottom face of the protrusion is 1.0-4.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
