<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a stretched film excellent in productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a stretched film laterally stretches a film 10 to be stretched, of which the crystallinity of an end part 10b in a width direction is higher than the crystallinity of a center part 10a in a width direction.
