PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and correctly perform height adjustment by an expansible joint while a discharge head is fixed by screwing. SOLUTION: A joint body 18 is fixed by screwing to a pipe 10 which is arranged downward on the rear side of a ceiling. A joint movable body 20 is screwed onto the joint body 18 thereby to adjust the length by axial movement. The joint movable body 20 is positioned by adjustment with respect to the joint body 18, and in this state, fixed by a fixture screw 24. The discharge head 22 is fixed by screwing to the joint movable body 20. The outer diameter of the discharge head 22 is allowed to be equal to or less than the diameters of the joint body 18 and the joint movable body 20. A portion from the lower end of the discharge head 22 to the nut surface 28 of the joint body 18 is fitted to the fitting hole 55 of an adjustment jig 52. While the discharge head 22 is fixed by screwing, the joint body 18 is turned by the adjustment jig 52 thereby to be fixed by screwing to the pipe 10.
