PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a topical anesthetic patch containing a lidocaine-prilocaine eutectic mixture that has good adhesion property and exerting fast-acting property. SOLUTION: The topical anesthetic patch has: a sheet-form supportive substrate; and a self-adhesive layer that is formed on one side of the supportive substrate and essentially comprises a crosslinked acrylic copolymer, provided that the amorphous, liquid lidocaine-prilocaine eutectic mixture is added with and mixed into the crosslinked acrylic copolymer. The lidocaine-prilocaine eutectic mixture is preferably dissolved in the crosslinked acrylic copolymer. The crosslinked acrylic copolymer preferably comprises a copolymer having a monomer composition comprising an acrylic monomer having no carboxy group and a monomer having a plurality of polymerizable unsaturated groups.
