PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution for a secondary battery offering excellent discharge load characteristics, high-temperature storage characteristics, and cycle characteristics.SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolytic solution for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which comprises a negative electrode and a positive electrode capable of absorbing and desorbing ions, and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution, contains an electrolyte and a nonaqueous solvent, the nonaqueous solvent containing a halogen-containing carbonate, the halogen-containing carbonate being 0.001 to 10 mass% of at least one of a halogen-containing cyclic carbonate and a halogen-containing chain carbonate with respect to the whole nonaqueous solvent; a monofluorophosphate and/or a difluorophosphate; and 0.001 to 40 mass% of a carbonate having an unsaturated bond with respect to the whole nonaqueous solvent. |
