<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide packed bar-shaped boiled rice allowing a film to be released without breaking a sheet-shaped food. <P>SOLUTION: In the packed bar-shaped boiled rice, a fastening means 5 is rolled from a free end side and released from a cylindrical outer film 2, and by erecting the fastening means 5 together with ends 1a and 1b of the outer film 2 stuck to the fastening means 5 in such a way as to separate from the cylindrical outer film 2, a space S between a bar-shaped boiled rice lump 6 and an overlapping part of the ends of a package sheet is widened. A dividable part 21 between slits 23 and 23 formed on the end 1b side of the outer film 2 is pulled to divide the outer film 2 along the dividable part 21 to the end 1a, and the outer film 2 remaining in the bar-shaped boiled rice lump 6 and an inner film 3 are respectively pulled outward so that the outer film 2 and the inner film 3 are removed.
