<p>A conductive connector is arranged between a tested device and a test device and electrically connects a terminal of the tested device and a pad of the test device. The conductive connector is arranged to face the terminal of the tested device. The conductive connector includes: a plurality of conductive units in which conductive particles are vertically arranged within elastic material and an insulation support unit for supporting the conductive units and insulating the space among the conductive unit. The conductive connector includes a hollow hole, which is vertically extended, in the center part of each conductive unit or a ferromagnetic core extending vertically is inserted to the center part of each conductive unit.</p> |
