<p>Disclosed is a hinge assembly 10 comprising a first hinge assembly portion 12 and a second hinge assembly portion 14. The first hinge assembly portion 12 includes a first elongate reinforcing member 16 that is securable in use to one of a frame or a sash and which includes a plurality of arcuate guide members 30. The second hinge assembly portion 14 includes a second elongate reinforcing member 42 that is securable in use to the other of a frame or a sash and which includes a plurality of arcuate arm members 44. Each arcuate guide member 30 of the first hinge assembly portion 12 cooperates with a corresponding arcuate arm member 44 of the second hinge assembly portion 14 to define a hinge axis about which the first and second hinge assembly portions 12, 14 are rotatable relative to one another.</p> |
