<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion apparatus equipped with a cooling structure, which is used in a photovoltaic power generation system and is capable of preventing degradation of electric power efficiency of the whole system. <P>SOLUTION: A power conversion apparatus is housed in an outdoor panel 4, and semiconductor elements 5 that form power converters disposed on an inside surface of the outdoor panel 4 and a heat receiving plate 7 abutted thereon are secured on an outside surface of the outdoor panel 4.
