<p>A clamp (1,4,17,28) serves for securing the desired position of fireworks (4,37) during a firing operation. The clamp (1,4,17,28) comprises an articulated frame (2), which is formed as a polygon formed with four sides in form of rods (5,6,7,8,29,30,31,32) and is adapted to encompass a cavity (3) for receiving fireworks (4,37) to be fired. The four sides of the clamped about a firework (4,37) placed in the cavity (3) by means of the spring power from a resilient member like a tension spring, an elastic band or a coil spring (18,23) acting between two adjacent rods (5,6,7,8,29,30,31,32) of the frame (2). The clamp secures the firework (4,37) against turning over during a firing operation, so accidents are avoided.</p> |
