The present invention relates to a stock material delivery request management system which can maximize business processing efficiency and customer satisfaction by automating and simplifying request and delivery processes of stock materials required due to failure of a ship. To this end, according to the system of the present invention, in receiving a request for stock materials required for repair due to failure of a ship and delivering the stock materials, when an A/S department receives a claim for the stock materials (S100), an A/S hull clerk checks stock material information online (S110) and requests the stock materials from a material clerk online (S120). The material clerk checks an AS material request (S130), receives a statement, and delivers the materials (S140) to the A/S hull clerk and a cost clerk. The A/S hull clerk informs the cost clerk of material delivery costs (S170) after receiving the materials and processing the delivery of the materials (S150). The cost clerk calculates A/S costs (S180) to complete the request and delivery of the stock materials. |
