<p>The present invention relates to an automatic system for roasting and blending coffee beans, the system comprising a green bean distribution and supply unit (100) distributing and storing various kinds of green beans and supplying the stored green beans assortatively; a roasting unit (200) roasting the green beans supplied from the green bean distribution and supply unit (100) and processing the same to coffee beans; a coffee bean distribution and supply unit (300) distributing and storing the coffee bean roasted in the roasting unit (200) assortatively according to taste and fragrance, and blending types of stored green beans and supplying the same; and a packaging unit (400) packaging the supplied coffee beans through the coffee bean distribution and supply unit (300).</p> |
