[Problem to be Solved] It is intended to obtain a hollow fiber membrane for blood processing that has high membrane performance, can reduce leak misdetection, is excellent in antioxidative performance and blood compatibility, carries a low risk of hydrophilic polymer elution or a leak from hollow fibers, is easy to prime, and has highly stable permeability in a harsh environment. [Solution] The present invention provides a hollow fiber membrane for blood processing, containing a hydrophilic polymer, a polysulfone-based resin, and a fat-soluble vitamin, wherein
a content A of the hydrophilic polymer, which is a mass ratio of the hydrophilic polymer to a total mass of the hydrophilic polymer and the polysulfone-based resin in a whole of the hollow fiber membrane for blood processing, is 3% by mass or larger and 10% by mass or smaller,
an abundance ratio B of the hydrophilic polymer, which is a mass ratio of the hydrophilic polymer to the total mass of the hydrophilic polymer and the polysulfone-based resin in an inner surface of the hollow fiber membrane for blood processing, is 35% by mass or larger and 50% by mass or smaller, and
an abundance of the fat-soluble vitamin in an entire surface of the hollow fiber membrane for blood processing is 0.5 mg or larger and 25 mg or smaller based on 1 g of the hollow fiber membrane. |
