<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of surely and accurately performing medication at a predetermined time. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a server 1 provided with a storage means 2 storing prescription data, patient data, and medication schedule data in association with each other and a control means 3 outputting an announcement signal based on a medication schedule; a first detected part 7 for specifying a patient; a second detected part 14 for identifying a prescribed medicine; a detection means detecting both the detected parts 7 and 14; and a portable terminal 5 which outputs an announcement based on the announcement signal from the server 1, detects each detected part 7, 14 by the detection means, and determines whether the medicine to be administered to the patient is proper or not by performing transmission and receiving of data with the server 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
