PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building including an air conditioning system capable of effectively utilizing cold energy accumulated in a building frame body at night, in the daytime, or effectively utilizing hot energy accumulated in the frame body at night, in the daytime. SOLUTION: This building 100 includes a concrete structure 110 having a slab 5 capable of accumulating heat at an indoor ceiling side, a heat insulating member 120 disposed at an outer side of the concrete structure 110, and the air conditioning system 10 forming an air circulation pathway 40 between itself and the slab 5, supplying cold energy or hot energy from the slab 5 to the air in the air circulation pathway 40 to heat or cool a room by cold energy or hot energy of the air.
