The method involves providing adhesive foam, and applying the adhesive foam on a surface (5) of an insulating panel (1) and/or on an underground to be stuck with the insulating panel. The insulating panel is fixed on the underground by a fixing unit e.g. clamp, where the fixing unit exhibits side pieces. The adhesive foam provided between the insulating panel and the underground is hardened. The side pieces of the fixing unit are rotatable against each other, where the fixing unit is made of a flexible material. An independent claim is also included for an insulating system. |
