PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a co-settlement prevention implement capable of easily and surely preventing the occurrence of a co-settlement phenomenon of a steel pipe sheet pile, flat pliers, and a method for driving the steel pipe sheet pile. SOLUTION: This co-settlement prevention implement includes: a pair of fixing portions 2 and 2 which are fixed to outside surfaces of joints 22 and 23, respectively; a shaft member 3 which has a male screw formed on an outer peripheral surface; cambers 4 and 5 which are set slidable along the axial direction of the shaft member 3 and rotatable along a circumferential direction, and which are formed like an approximately trapezoidal block; and a plurality of fastening members 6 and 6 which are screwed to the shaft member 3 in such a manner as to sandwich the cambers 4 and 5 from upper and lower sides. An inclined plane 4a of the camber 4, which is positioned on the joint 22, on the side of the steel pipe sheet pile 10 driven in advance, of the pair of joints 22 and 23, is directed downward; and an inclined plane 5a of the camber 5, which is positioned on the joint 23 on the side of the steel pipe sheet pile 10 driven afterward, is directed upward.
