PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection apparatus capable of suppressing variations in the inspection accuracy based on the color difference among inspection targets. SOLUTION: The inspection apparatus 10 includes a camera 11 for imaging a predetermined imaging area including a corner C of a case 7; an illuminator 14 for illuminating the corner C; a determination device 16 for determining the presence of abnormal conditions in the corner C by setting the brightness of the brightest part in the image of the imaging area captured by the camera 11 as a reference brightness, and comparing the set reference brightness and the brightness of each part in an inspection area set to include a part in which the corner C is projected in the image; and a reflection tape 15 for reflecting light from the illuminator 14 onto the camera 11 so that the light from the illuminator 14 is projected at a part other than the part in which the corner C is projected in the image of the imaging area acquired by the camera 11.
