An assembly of a mounting component and communications equipment is provided. The mounting component for mounting the communications equipment includes a main fastener (10) and an auxiliary fastener (50). The main fastener (10) is coupled with the auxiliary fastener (50) and is fixed on a fixture. The main fastener (10) has a connecting portion for interlocking a retaining member of the communications equipment. The main fastener (10) includes a front side (101), a rear side (102), a left side (103), and a right side (104). The front side (101) is formed with a clamp portion (1011) of the main fastener, and the rear side (102) is disposed with the connecting portion for interlocking the retaining member of the communications equipment.
