The present invention relates to a processed potato, a method for producing the same, and a method for producing a baked potato having the taste of French fries using the same. Disclosed are a process potato having multiple holes penetrating through the body thereof and including a maximized surface area when contacting heat, a method for producing the same, and a method for producing a baked potato having the taste of French fries by cooking the same through a baking method. Heat transfer is maximized through fine holes, so that a processed potato which can be rapidly and evenly cooked at a low temperature can be obtained. Through the processed potato, various kinds of foods can be cooked at a temperature in which the generation of harmful components is controlled. In particular, even without being fried in oil, the processed potato can be baked to have the taste of French fries through a cooking method to bake the same and coat the same with edible oil to be steamed. Accordingly, the processed potato can satisfy the tastes of consumers and contains little in the way of components that are harmful to the human body. |
