摘要 A surgical triangulation device and method of use is disclosed. The surgical triangulation device includes an elongate member, the elongate member defining a longitudinal axis and being adapted for insertion through a surgical access portal. The surgical triangulation device also includes a platform pivotably attached near a distal end of the elongate member, the platform defining a plurality of lumens and a central opening therethrough. The platform has a first position, where a first end of the platform is positioned proximate to the elongate member and a second end of the platform extends distally past a distal end of the elongate member, and a second position, where the platform is nearly orthogonal to the longitudinal axis.
