The present invention relates to a bearing device for a bridge and, more specifically, to a bearing device for a bridge, which effectively absorbs repetitive compression loads through the bearing device for supporting the upper structure and piers of a bridge, prevents deformation, and makes the coupled state secure. The bearing device for a bridge according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a girder which has a bottom where the bearing device is installed; an upper plate which is installed on the bottom end of the girder; a lower plate which is installed on a pier; an elastic body which absorbs compression loads and shear loads; a first height adjusting unit which adjusts the height of the upper and lower plates; and a bridge bearing support plate which is coupled to the lower plate.
