According to a desirable embodiment of a startup circuit, an amplifying device for a capacitor sensor having the startup circuit, and a startup method for the same, startup time can be reduced by connecting the high impedance of an amplifying device with a constant voltage source in startup. An amplifying device for a capacitor sensor according to a preferable embodiment of the present invention includes an amplifying part which amplifies a signal inputted to the amplifying device; and a startup circuit for improving the startup time of the amplifying part. The startup circuit includes a comparator which receives a first comparison signal from the output of the amplifying part, receives a predetermined reference voltage with a second comparison signal, and compares the same; and a switch which selects one of a first voltage and a second voltage by using the output of the comparator and outputs the same. |
