A display device which includes a display panel; a back case which covers the back surface of the display panel; a pam nut which is combined with the back surface of the display panel and has a combination hole; a bracket formed in a location corresponding to the pam nut of the inside of the back case; a screw which has one side combined with the bracket and the other side where a screw thread is formed, and faces the combination hole of the pam nut; a pinion gear formed around the screw; and a rack gear which is screwed with the pinion gear, move straight and rotates the pinion gear. The display device can improve the quality of strong appearance design because a combination member for combining the back case is not exposed to the outside.
