Disclosed are a device and a method for learning a language and a computer readable recording medium for the same. The device for learning a language, which is a device for performing language learning by interlocking with a content providing device, comprises: a video playback unit to receive learning video data corresponding to an inputted learning request signal from a content providing device and play the learning video data in a video region; a script playback unit to play script data corresponding to the learning video data in a script region by matching the script data with the learning video data; and a learning function providing unit to display an icon, which provides a learning function for controlling at least one of the learning video data and the script data, in a control region. |
