The present invention relates to a jaywalking prevention enlightenment device which is installed on the kerbstone, and prevents jaywalking while serving as a banner board for posting public advertisements, and can use a black box to record the videos and sounds of various accidents in the installation spot (such as a road or a crosswalk).
