A single medium exists between the first reflection surface and the second reflection surface. |

1. An optical ranging device comprising:
a light emitting element; a light receiving element for detecting a position of a light spot that is formed by light emitted from the light emitting element and reflected by an object for measurement; a signal processing unit for processing a signal outputted from the light receiving element; a light emitting side primary molded part in which the light emitting element is sealed with a light permeable resin; a secondary molded part in which the light emitting side primary molded part, the light receiving element, and the signal processing unit are integrally sealed with a light shielding resin; a light emitting lens for projecting the light, emitted from the light emitting element, toward the object for measurement; a light receiving lens for condensing the light reflected by the object for measurement; a light shielding wall for providing optical isolation between a light emitting side optical system including the light emitting lens and a light receiving side optical system including the light receiving lens; and a first reflection surface and a second reflection surface that are placed in a space a part of which is defined by the light receiving lens and the light receiving element and the light shielding wall, that change a direction of an optical axis of a light beam condensed by the light receiving lens, and that guide the light beam to the light receiving element, with a single medium existing between the first reflection surface and the second reflection surface. |
