The present invention relates to a children statistical learning education method using the internet and mobiles which comprises: a user classification step (S100); a clouding database synchronization step (S200) of synchronizing learning data with final data by interlocking a student account with a clouding database of a student when the account connected through the user classification step (S100) is the student account and interlocking a teacher account with a clouding database of a designated student when the connected account is a teacher account; a learning performance and analysis step (S300) of performing learning based on the interlocked data when the connected account is the student account and receiving learning information of the student provided from the clouding database and analyzing the performed learning when the connected account is the teacher account; a learning evaluation step (S400) of evaluating the learning performed by the student based on learning performance information provided in the learning performance and analysis step (S300); and a learning report making and feedback step (S500) of making a learning report on the performed learning by a self-diagnosis method by the student who performed the learning in the learning performance and analysis step (S300) and feeding back evaluation information to the student by the teacher who evaluated the learning of the student in the learning evaluation step (S400). According to the method of the present invention, the student can effectively perform statistical learning using web sites and mobiles regardless of the place.
