<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for mounting an additional plate such as epoxy, an SUS, a black shield, a polyimide (PI) to an FPC. The present invention includes an additional plate separation unit which separates and collects an upper tape and lower tape from an additional plate tape which has the additional plate between the lower tape and the upper tape, and picks up and transfers the additional plate; an additional plate supply unit which sequentially stacks the transferred additional plate and transfers it to the first standby position of the endmost part; an additional plate auxiliary supply unit which picks up the additional plate of the first standby position and stacks and transfers it to a second standby position; an additional plate installation unit which includes a lower vision camera for sequentially checking a pair of pickup heads which picks up each additional plate of the first standby position and the second standby position, a rotation driving part which rotates the pickup heads, a straight line driving part which transfers the pickup heads rotated, and the position error of each additional plate picked up on the transfer path of the straight line driving part; and a stacking plate which an FPC pattern is stacked on and allows the pickup head to install each additional plate on an FPC pattern surface and a transfer control table for controlling it. Thereby, the installation time of the additional plate to be installed at FPC can be quickly performed.</p> |
