摘要 <p>The present invention discloses a gap measurement device that is capable of receiving light from a specific point of a widening gap without arranging a mask in the vicinity of the gap. The gap measurement device (1) is provided with a light source (5) that irradiates the gap (3) of a measurement target; a lens optical mechanism (6) that forms a gap shape (3A) by transmitted light of the gap (3) on an imaging surface (7); and a light-receiving element (9) that receives the gap shape (3A) which is formed on the imaging surface (7) of the lens optical mechanism (6). A hole-provided mask (8) that is provided with a hole (8a) for light transmission having a predetermined gauge is arranged on the imaging surface (7) and the light-receiving element (9) receives the gap shape (3A) through the hole (8a). The shape of the widening gap is imaged by using the lens optical mechanism (6) and the hole (8a) of the hole-provided mask (8) is placed at a desired point of the imaging surface (7) of the lens optical mechanism (6) so that the gap dimension of the point of the measurement target in the gap (3) can be measured.</p>
