Provided are a functional film which has excellent adhesion between a resin base material and a hydrophobic coated layer and low haze, and a method for manufacturing the same. The functional film comprises a hydrophilic resin base material having SP value of more than 21.5; a middle layer formed on the hydrophilic resin base material and having SP value of 20.0 or more and 21.5 or less; a hydrophobic coated layer formed on the middle layer and having SP value of less than 20.0; and a mixed area of the middle layer and the coated layer between the middle layer and the coated layer and having haze of less than 1.0%. The SP value presents a solubility parameter measured by HOY method. |
