摘要 <p>Provided is a device for neutron capture therapy which is capable of measuring an amount of neutron rays in real time and preventing the neutron rays from being deteriorated in measurement accuracy. The device includes a real time ray-amount output part (40) including a scintillation detection unit (41) for detecting neutron rays (N) to output a signal in real time and an output unit (44) for converting the signal outputted from the scintillation detection unit (41) into an amount of the neutron rays by using a correction factor (45) to output the amount of the neutron rays in real time; and a correction factor set part for setting the correction factor (45). The correction factor set part includes a gamma-ray detection unit for detecting gamma rays generated from an activated gold line to which the neutron rays are irradiated and corrects the correction factor (45) on the basis of the amount of the neutron rays acquired on the basis of a signal outputted from the scintillation detection unit (41) by being irradiated with the neutron rays and gamma rays detected by the gamma-ray detection unit.</p>
