The present invention relates to a device capable of checking a leakage from a anaerobic reaction tank and a pipe and, more specifically, to a device capable of easily checking a gas leakage from all pipes including a digestion tank of biogas equipment generating biogas by using organic waste. The gas leakage checking device according to the present invention includes a storage tank wherein liquid is stored at a predetermined level; a head measuring column vertically installed to be sunk the open lower part thereof by the liquid stored in the storage tank; a checker connecting line of which one side is connected to the upper part of the measuring column and the other side is connected to a device to be checked and including a first valve for opening and closing the line is installed on the center; a syringe connecting line of which one side is connected to the upper part of the measuring column and the other side is connected to a syringe and including a second valve for opening and closing the line is installed on the center; and the syringe connected to the syringe connecting line. The present invention is capable of checking rapidly and easily anaerobic conditions, checking each pipe of the equipment by turns, and promptly reacting by frequently checking the anaerobic conditions while the equipment is operated without stopping the operation. Therefore, the present invention can contribute to the stable operation of the entire equipment by preventing an inflow and a discharge of the waste from being stopped by improving the operational availability of the equipment.
