Provided is a method to provide a waiting management service. The method includes: a step of identifying the total number of people waiting for at least one ride and storing the ride and the total number by mapping the data to a labeled table; a step of receiving a queuing request event to request queuing in a line for the ride from a user terminal; a step of issuing a waiting number for the ride for which the queuing request event occurred and transmitting the number to the user terminal; a step of registering the user terminal to the waiting list for the ride in which the queuing request event is received in response to the queuing request event from the user terminal; a step of transmitting a calling message to the user terminal if the number of waiting people who have waiting numbers prior to the waiting number of the user terminal waiting for the ride in which the queuing request event is received, meets a predefined condition; and a step of receiving a confirmation event for confirming the calling message from the user terminal and, if an entrance event is received from the user terminal, removing the user terminal from the waiting list. |
