The present invention relates to a silane-based compound and a manufacturing method of a flexible display device using the same and, more specifically, a manufacturing method of a flexible display device, capable of minimizing damage to the display device formed on a flexible substrate through a simple process in a short time compared with a conventional method by injecting a novel silane-based compound decomposed by UV rays between a carrier substrate and the flexible substrate and irradiating with UV rays.
