The present invention relates to a high/low frequency flexible composite haptic sensor generation module and a flexible composite actuator including the vibration module. More specifically, the flexible haptic module, which delivers composite haptic sense, includes: a high frequency vibration layer generating vibration by electrostatic pressure; and a low frequency driving layer which is arranged on a surface of the high frequency vibration layer and uses to compression movement of a dielectric body due to the electrostatic pressure.
