PLATE TYPE JIG FOR SLIMMING A GLASS SUBSTRATE

The present invention aims to fixate a glass substrate without using a jig tool to prevent flexion of the glass substrate from being generated by the jig tool, which fixates the glass substrate during a process of sliming the glass substrate. Accordingly, provided is a planar jig which acts as a vacuum suction plate and closely contacts the glass plate; and the surface of the planar jig includes a rubber material to closely contact the surface of the glass substrate without a gap formed by an air layer when the glass substrate is pressed. The glass substrate is fixated by the planar jig, which acts as the vacuum suction plate; and then an etching solution is flowed to be applied on the glass substrate. Therefore, the glass substrate is slimmed without any flexion generated by contact with a tool.
