Disclosed are an organic light emitting display device and a method for manufacturing the same. The organic light emitting display device of the present invention may include a substrate; a metal pattern which touches the substrate and the upper part of the substrate; and a thin film transistor which includes an active layer formed on the upper part of the metal pattern, a gate electrode formed the upper part of the active layer, and a source and a drain electrode formed on the upper part of the gate electrode.
