The present invention relates to a multi-layered structure for drug storage and a drug release type stent comprising the same. According to the drug release type stent, a bioactive substance derivative, such as a phenol-introduced heparin derivative, is arranged in layers in order to prevent restenosis and thrombopoiesis, which are problems of conventional drug release type stents, and a plurality of phenol-introduced micelle layers are arranged in order to enable the control of drug release, thereby providing a drug release type stent which prevents stent restenosis and thrombopoiesis and enables the control of drug release.
