<p>More specifically, the present invention relates to a guide-rail manufactured by injecting SRC (STEEL REINFORCED CONCRETE) into a mold formed of a urethane material in order to minimize maintenance, and a method of constructing the guide-rail. An SRC guide rail manufacturing method includes: (a) positioning a U-shaped hollow urethane support between posts on a worktable such that the upper surface with an opening is positioned on the upper side; (b) inserting an inner reinforcement material downward through the opening such that the bent portion of a metal mesh is disposed on the upper side from the U-shaped hollow urethane support; (c) inserting a supporting plate connected to a vertical beam, into the inner reinforcement material through the opening such that the supporting plate is disposed on the upper side from the bent portion; and (d) injecting a support injection material including concrete into the U-shaped hollow urethane support until the urethane support is filled, and curing the support injection material.</p> |
