(Solution) The flat cable (10) includes a plurality of flat conductors (11) arranged in a plane shape; a plurality of coaxial electric wires (12) arranged in the plane shape; a pair of insulating films (13) fitted from both sides of the flat conductors (11) and the coaxial electric wires (12); and an adhesive layer for bonding the pair of insulating films (13) to each other. Connecting members (C1 and C2) are connected to both ends of the flat conductors (11) and the coaxial electric wires (12) and a parallel pitch (P1) of the flat conductors (11) is different from a parallel pitch (P2) of the coaxial electric wires (12).</p>
