<p>The present invention relates to a method and a system for operating policies and recording medium. More specifically, the operating method of policies comprises the steps of: receiving a wireless terminal device identification information of users which initiates connection to an oversea communication network from a communication network of policy servers or the wireless terminal devices of users; and identifying whether the wireless terminal device is registered with unlimited data roaming service wherein the wireless terminal device is matched with the received wireless terminal device identification information of users through a customer information management system of carriers from the policy server.</p> |
