<p>The present invention relates to an insert tire which is manufactured as a single finished product by combining each component constituting the tire, and a manufacturing method thereof. The insert tire includes a core unit (10) which is provided therein and consists of a first disk (11) and a second disk (12) forming the shape of the insert as circular; and an outer cover (20) integrally combined to the outer circumference of the core unit (10) and having a tread (21) protruding from the surface in contact with road to prevent skidding. The insert tire allows a user to stably work as the tire does not melt or make cracks even in a long time-use, and keeps the original shape thereof even under an external force while minimizing abrasion.</p> |
