摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for designing a belt crossing angle for a pneumatic tire considering bending strength. The pneumatic tire on which a first belt half-finished product layer and a second belt half-finished product layer of a belt layer are adjacent to each other and are mounted at opposite angles in such a way that a belt cord of the first belt half-finished product layer and a belt cord of the second belt half-finished product layer cross each other. A crossing angle between the first belt half-finished product layer and the second belt half-finished product layer satisfies B = M exp(3.15×cosθ). If correlation between the crossing angle of the first belt half-finished product layer and the second belt half-finished product layer of the belt layer and the bending strength of the belt layer is investigated and the investigated result is reflected to design, it can reduce the number of repeated modifications in evaluation and design at the time of design of products because a designer can accurately estimate belt bending stress.</p>
