The present invention relates to a 3-dimensional tooth moving structure of maxillary posterior area. The 3-dimensional tooth moving structure of the present invention comprises a palate surface enlarging part (100a) in which a pair of left and right divisions are disposed on both side palate surfaces based on the maxillary bone so that both side maxillary dental arches can be width-straightened; support wires (200a)(200b) formed in a left and right pair and each having one end respectively fixed to the palate surface enlarging part; a pair of left and right wire rails (300) each having one end fixed to the divisions, respectively, and the other end disposed along both side dental arches, wherein the wire rails are fixed to the other ends of the support wires; a band (400) fixed to wrap around any one molar from among both side dental arches; a molar traction unit (500) consisting of a connecting wire (520) having one curved end fixed to one side of the band and a sliding tube (540) coupled with the other end of the connecting wire to wrap around the rail and to be able to slide; and elastic rubber having both ends which are respectively hung on a ring formed in the end of the wire rail and a ring groove curved in one side of the connecting wire of the molar traction unit, wherein a pulling force is provided by means of an elastic restoring force. In the present invention, the widths of both side dental arches based on the maxillary bone can be rapidly and easily enlarged. Moreover, based on the band-fixed molar, the maxillary dental arches can be forwardly, backwardly, and vertically adjusted.
