<p>The present invention relates to a fire and disaster management system and a fire and disaster management method for a building. The fire and disaster management system for a building according to the present invention includes a plurality of wireless sensor nodes corresponding to a plurality of firepersons, for transmitting and receiving data sensed while forming a network with surrounding sensor nodes, the plurality of wireless sensor nodes being grouped into a plurality of clusters according to IDs and locations thereof, and a management server for receiving sensing data sensed by the wireless sensor nodes and controlling the wireless sensor nodes. A plurality of wireless sensor nodes belonging to the same cluster select head nodes using residual energy and the number of neighboring wireless sensor nodes belong to another cluster. According to the present invention, a fire suppressing and life rescuing operation can be promptly and accurately performed through smooth communications between firepersons introduced into the fire field in a building to suppress a fire and rescuing lives in a bad condition of the fire, and a fire field control center. When the health states and environmental factors of fire persons introduced into an accident field are detected, efficiency of energy required by wireless communications can be increased and an effect of preventing safety accidents of the fire persons can be expected.</p> |
