The present invention relates to a graphene electrode-molecular thin film composite structure. More specifically, the graphene electrode-molecular thin film composite structure comprises a self-assembled monolayer formed between a first graphene electrode and a second graphene electrode, wherein the first graphene electrode and the self-assembled monolayer are chemically coupled, and the second graphene electrode and the self-assembled monolayer are physically coupled.
