The present invention relates to an outer shoe sole with a non-slip function and, specifically, to an outer shoe sole with a non-slip function which has a textile attached to the lower surface of a soft synthetic resin layer having a hardness of 45 or less (shore A type), or a soft synthetic resin layer having a hardness of 45 or less (shore C type) with an air layer, and a hard synthetic resin layer having a hardness of 60-90 (shore A, C, D type) on the upper surface of the soft synthetic resin layer. The friction coefficient is increased due to the textile, and curves causing slip of a water film, an oil film or foreign substances on the bottom surface are easily accommodated by the soft synthetic resin layer, thereby providing the anti-slip and the impact absorption functions, and preventing the rolling of feet by the hard synthetic resin layer. |
