<p>Provided are an organic light emitting display apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same. For an organic light emitting display apparatus which simplifies manufacturing processes and improves image quality, and a method for manufacturing the same, the organic light emitting display apparatus includes a substrate, an active layer arranged on the substrate, a gate electrode which insulates the active layer and is arranged to correspond to a part of the active layer, a source electrode which includes a first source electrode layer connected to the active layer and a second source electrode layer which is connected to the first source electrode layer and has a second source electrode layer which is larger than the first source electrode layer, a drain electrode which includes the first drain electrode layer connected to the active layer and a second drain electrode layer which is connected to the first drain electrode layer and is larger than the second drain electrode layer, a pixel electrode which is electrically connected to one among the source electrode and the drain electrode, and a color filter which is arranged between the substrate and the pixel electrode.</p> |
